Terms of Service
Last updated: Oct 23, 2026
- FlexTravellers helps you plan. You book and pay on our partners' sites — they charge you, and they handle cancellations and refunds.
- A planning request to us is not a booking: no payment, no guaranteed availability.
- We sell nothing on this site: you book and pay our partners on their own sites, and they charge you.
1. Who we are
FlexTravellers is operated by FlexTravellers (by ZerviaDigital), a travel discovery and planning service and an affiliate/connector. We are not a travel agency or travel seller, and we do not operate tours, flights, hotels or cruises.
2. Booking with partners
Travel products on this site are booked on third-party partner sites. Naming a partner below does not mean it is shown as a card: a card appears only when a tracked link for that partner has been generated for this build, otherwise no card or link for that partner is shown. Partners may include Viator, GetYourGuide, Trip.com, Expedia, Travelpayouts / Aviasales, CruiseDirect (via CJ Affiliate), DiscoverCars, Kiwitaxi, Welcome Pickups, Airalo, Saily, Localrent, and Travelpayouts-routed partners such as Klook, Kiwi.com, Tiqets, WeGoTrip, Go City, Economybookings and QEEQ (full list in our Privacy Policy). When you book there, your contract is with that partner (or the provider they list): their prices, availability, terms, cancellation rules and refund policies apply, and they charge your payment method. We may earn a commission on your booking at no extra cost to you. Partner links SHOWN as cards on this site are tracked affiliate links (see the qualification at the start of this section). Before paying, check the seller's identity, the total price, and the cancellation and refund terms on the partner's site. See our Booking & refund help page for who to contact about a booking.
3. Planning requests
The Get planning help form saves a planning requestto your account — it is not a booking and not a concierge service. No payment is taken and no availability is promised or implied. Compare live prices on the dashboard and book directly with the partner. Nothing is booked for you until you complete a booking with a partner.
Changing or cancelling a planning request: requests are tied to the email you sent them with. Sign in with that email to view or cancel a request under Planning requests — cancelling is free. To change dates or details, cancel and send a new request, or email hello@flextravellers.com with your FT- reference. Because a planning request is not a booking, changing or cancelling one never costs anything.
4. Nothing is sold on this site
FlexTravellers sells nothing on this site — there is no checkout here and we never take payment. Every booking is made with a partner, on the partner's own site, under that partner's terms: the partner charges you, and the partner handles cancellations and refunds. If anything about a booking goes wrong, contact the partner you booked with; you can also reach us at hello@flextravellers.com and we will point you to the right partner. See our Booking & refund help page.
5. Prices & estimates
Partner services — tours, stays, flights, cars, transfers and eSIMs — are priced live on the partner's site, and the price shown there before you pay is the binding one. Our flight results may show cached fare estimates in the app: those figures are estimates only, clearly labelled as such, never a quote — a cached fare can change or sell out before you book, and the final price is always the partner's price at checkout. Where our planning-request form shows an estimate, it is likewise a rough planning figure only, never a quote. We set no prices ourselves, because we sell nothing on this site. Partner-site checkout may be in USD or another currency stated there.
6. What “Flex Verified” means
We check the business identity and the booking link before listing a direct provider. This check is not a safety inspection, professional accreditation, insurance verification, or guarantee of service quality. Review the provider's qualifications, relevant insurance, activity requirements, and booking terms before you purchase. It does not mean FlexTravellers operates the service: live prices, availability and the booking itself are the partner's.
7. Travel requirements & emergencies
Check official government travel advice, entry and transit requirements, passport validity, visa rules, health guidance, accessibility arrangements, and activity restrictions for your trip. Requirements can change and depend on your circumstances. Consider appropriate travel insurance and review its exclusions, activity coverage, medical limits, and cancellation conditions. FlexTravellers does not provide insurance coverage. FlexTravellers is not an emergency assistance service and does not monitor messages in real time — contact local emergency services, your travel provider, or your insurer as appropriate. See our Booking & refund help page.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. These terms are written in plain English by the FlexTravellers team.
